Iron Cupcake Earth challenge for JANUARY is WINTER WARM UP! We were asked to create a cupcake based on or inspired by ANYTHING you use to warm you up in the cold of winter.
I have been waiting for a chance to bake "cup" cakes in tea cups and thought that this would be the perfect opportunity. I chose a food network recipe make for baking in cups to ensure they would turn out well. VERY YUMMY! Topped with whipping cream, mini marshmallows and a square of dark chocolate.
