Cake Decorating Classes

Well we are off and running with our cake decorating classes in London ~ enjoying a full day workshop on Gumpaste Flowers & Fondant yesterday at the Idleywld Inn.

Workshop covered details on working with fondant, covering a cake, decorating ideas, ruffles, borders and many tools of the trade to help. Created many gumpaste flowers including the rose, mum, carnation, daisy, and calla lily.

THANK YOU to the members who joined in on our inaugural workshop ~ a fun day was had by all including a great lunch on the porch of the Inn.
